A school shooting bloodbath near Stuttgart in Germany has left at least 15 people dead - with the gunman dying in an exchange of fire with the police. He was shot in the parking lot of the Wendlinger shopping centre, where he had reportedly killed two more people, bring the number of people dead up to at least 15.
