    best way i have found to contact someone who cares is facebook. they seemed to respond quickly there.

    Just wanted to let you know what happened w/General Radiator. I wound up sending a complaint letter (message) through their Facebook page. I still hadn't gotten a call from them so I called AGAIN. I got Jim on the line and started to discuss my situation. He suddenly asked in an indignant tone, "Oh, is this Eddie?" and proceeded to gripe at ME about the complaint letter I'd sent through Facebook!!!! He insisted that what I'd written in the letter wasn't true...boy did I call him out on that one!! Every negative word I wrote was true! Long story short, I finally got a refund for the faulty radiator I sent back. They credited my cc. Keep on trying to get your money back (I also never heard/saw anything from them saying no returns except for store credit--they tried to talk me into store credit, but I refused).

    The head-kicker? Jim apologized to me and pleaded w/me to go back to their Facebook page to write something "nice" about their customer service..really??? They had jerked me around for weeks and I only got results once I posted on their FB page. He's got to be kidding! Those General Radiator employees- Mike, Jim, and Don (aka The Three Stooges!) can kiss my...er...shoe! Truckers: please stay the heck away from this place! Any money you might save initially isn't worth the BS and hassle!

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!! one of our mechanics purchased a radiator and tank the radiator was junk started leaking 6 months later and they sent me the wrong tank. No refunds and the warranty wouldn't cover the radiator without sending it back then they sent it back without consulting us. they will not refund anything even the tank that they have in their possession they say only a store credit WTH like I would ever put anything on my truck from them. Not even this junk radiator they say was "repaired" the last one they said was "brand new." They also do not disclose any of this information unless you inquire they give nothing in writing and they do not tell you that they do not do refunds until they have issues, undisclosed policies is fraud in my book.
