I really wish people would learn what the FMCSA MCMIS database is and how information is placed on said database before they attempt to answer questions about DOT reportable accidents, CSA 2010 PSP questions and the relationship between the FMCSA and the States as codified in the MCSAP rules found in part 350. These PSP questions have been answered time and time again on these boards ad nauseam.

USA Truck turned me down.
As did Werner, Western Express, Malton, JR Shugel, Celedon, Crete, Shaffer, Interstate, Pride, Anderson, Smith, Paschell, Navajo, Kelle's, Transforce, Knight, CR England, Averitte, Koch, Super xservice, XPO, Maines Paper & Food Service, Prime, Hogan, Paul Miller, US Express, Napa, Milton, RTI, Watkins Wel, and Total Transportation of Mississippi.
Filled out an app with swift and gotten several emails and voicemails from recruiters so far, but I really consider them n absolute last resort because A, I don't want to do teams (that mandatory 5 week team thing looks very unappealing, I refuse to drive nights), and that whole slip seating thing sucks as well. -
You may have to bite the bullet and do teams for awhile. Of course, you don't have to, but to get back on the road you may have to for a short time.
Carolina Cargo will probably hire you, but it's teams doing west coast turnarounds back to back.
Did you try TransAm?
Did you check Craigslist. Some of those outfits aren't too picky. -
Not trying to be funny but 2 things. Swift is way better than CRE who turned you down. Beggars can't be choosers. With that many turn downs Swift looks like gold to you right now. Or try some Craig's list jobs.
Dark_Majesty_06 Thanks this. -

Well, swift and transport america are no go as well.
"we can't hire you unless you have 6 months of safe driving with another company after your last accident" -
Not sure what to say with all those companies not giving you a chance. If you want to suck it up to get that clean no accidents time go with Carolina cargo.

Filled out an app with Carolina Cargo.
Also have been looking on craigslist daily, but so far most of the companies I listed above make up a good 75% of the people advertising on craigslist for this area (south east PA) and the other 25% is companies that require 1 year + of experience or are owner op only positions.
I am wondering if my chances would be better if I saved up some money and leased my own truck from a third party and tried signing on with a company as an owner/op. -
Hope you can get the time you need to get on with a good company!
