Filled out an app with swift and gotten several emails and voicemails from recruiters so far, but I really consider them n absolute last resort because A, I don't want to do teams (that mandatory 5 week team thing looks very unappealing, I refuse to drive nights), and that whole slip seating thing sucks as well.

 

Well, swift and transport america are no go as well.

Also have been looking on craigslist daily, but so far most of the companies I listed above make up a good 75% of the people advertising on craigslist for this area (south east PA) and the other 25% is companies that require 1 year + of experience or are owner op only positions.

I am wondering if my chances would be better if I saved up some money and leased my own truck from a third party and tried signing on with a company as an owner/op.
