The main problem is the license suspension; The other two charges are no big deal.
Can you pass a hair follicle drug test? If you've done any weed or whatever within the past 12 mos. you will need a company that does only urine drug test and that's only if you haven't done any weed, etc within the last 3 mos.

Theft will give you more trouble than anything. Combined with a inability to manage your money sufficiently to maintain insurance coverage

This industry cannot stand stealing. Things have changed quite a bit years ago.

 

You are correct. You can have certain felonies , but drugs or theft will get you turned down.
