    Also I believe as an S or C corp workers comp should be looked into. If I remember correctly it is unavoidable and very expensive.

    That is yet another reason not to do full blown C or S Corp. LLC with a S Corp tax structure is the best of both worlds. And employee worker's comp is state directed, and has no bearing on incorporated or not.
