The law is that you put triangles out within 10 minutes. I bet most of them don't know that they are breaking the law.

If somebody were to crash into a driver while parked on the shoulder without a legitimate reason then that driver would be held liable for that accident, criminally liable depending on the severity, It's very dangerous. During a legitimate roadside breakdown you've got 10 minutes to get your triangles set up to warn the public.

I bet most of them don’t even know what the rules are because they don’t know English… A lot of these people were handed CDL without any kind of vetting or verification that they were allowed to even have any… And this is what it’s come to

And speaking of triangles, nobody seems to understand how you're supposed to set them out. 10 - 100 - 200 for a highway.

How about when they place the triangle that’s furthest away on the fog line and then the closest triangle is next to the passenger side bumper. I’ll give them an ‘A’ for effort but an ‘F’ for execution.

Yeah we both know that. They come from a "me first" driving culture and life has little to no value there either. They don't GAF. You don't either when you don't move over so you have the same exacr attitude don't GAF attitude they have. But you also put yourself at risk of getting involved in an accident that you could easily avoid. Don't be hard headed. They're being a dick yeah. But two people being dick's don't make it right. And if you had read D.Tibbett's whole post you'd also see that he said he gets over to the left too.. he don't cut it close hanging in the right lane "just to show them"..

Pulling over to do whatever the hell you want on the shoulder isn’t my problem. I don’t care what happens to them… And I don’t care who’s feelings that hurts either.. especially when these idiots pull over on the shoulder immediately before or after a ramp where there is a truckstop and or a rest area… I’m sorry but my my point of view is IDGAF about people who are too dumb to sit there and pull into areas to properly park. It’s not my problem

IDGAF about them either. All's I'm saying is moving to the left lane when going by them is the sensible thing to do to avoid an unnecessary accident when they just pull out in front of oncoming traffic from a dead stop. Would you agree on that?
