Getting burnt on otr

    Walmart is more regional than OTR. The furthest I go is one state over.............. in all directions (except South, as that would be Mexico. LOL).

    4 nights in the truck (which they pay you for) and 3 at home. Of course, I live 120 miles from the DC, also (and that is short compared to a lot of guys).

    Walmart does not knock on your door. Work towards it, and when you have the experience, pursue it. It IS worth it. :)

    I would try Harris Teeter. I used to deliver to their Indian Trail, NC. DC quite a bit and they have good equipment and show respect for drivers even outside carriers. Grocery trucks generally get home daily. My $0.02
