    You COULD do better somewhere else. If you move it could be better but maybe not. If you are happy stay. Don't move just to see what happens.

    I would be happy with $17.50 per hour if I liked the job and didn't live in NYC, or anywhere else with an exorbitant cost of living...which I dont.

    As the others have said before me, I'd stay.... and get the experience. It's not bad pay at all, in today's market; especially with bennies.
    If you were to jump from this opportunity and go to a Mega (or a school?) to finish your due diligence of 6 months to a year experience before you can really prosper, you'd be looking at a PAY CUT, in actuality.
