Depends on the company.
Estes and R&L are easy to run linehaul for.
Saia and XPO are detestable for a multitude of reasons from cameras to forced routing.

I like getting a work uniform. Why ruin my clothes at work. Job I got now gives us decent work pants. They get rotatated into my work clothes at home.
