In Ontario canada, you can only fuel one side at a time, both sat and main will not work at same time.

They made that law I believe after the drummer for Aerosmith had his Ferrari catch fire at a gas station, pumping gas. I'm not positive though. It's been around a long time, when I drove local there, we had our own pump on site, had a latch on it, so never had to freeze outside pumping 100+ gallons.

Makes me think how glad I am I'm not plated in mass. That is complete asanide in my opinion. Let the moron that made that law sit out there and put 275 gallons of diesel in when its 2 above outside hell when its 25 above it seems like it takes 10 hours for both tanks to finally be full. Just goes to show we are not considered human beings we are considered to be robots. :biggrin_25516:

Are you sure???? I am pretty sure if you go to 5th Wheel Truck Stop both Primary and Satellite work at same time.. I could be wrong because I only have 1 big tank on drivers side, but from what I remember form my OTR days both pumps were delivering fuel at the same time..

It made sense why it was taking drivers so long to fuel up.

Re-read my post and take notice of where I say "How does the fuel get into the passenger side tank when the pump is on the driver's side"

I'm pretty sure I could figure it out if I saw a truck getting fuel from a pump on the passenger side while there was also one on the driver side. Might be something like, "Hey, look at that. A pump for each side"

If you're only putting a certain amount in the tanks, like 50 gal in each, line your doors up so you can look through and see the read out with the doors open. Watched a guy run back and forth trying it and just shook my head and enjoyed the show.
