Don't worry about it, you'll do fine...... it's not like your getting ready to marry a woman and noticing an Adam's Apple at the alter :biggrin_2555:

Hey when I first started I was as nervous as a lot lizard in church.

All you have to do is study a lot and pay attention. If you get more then 6 hours of sleep a night you not studying enough, and don't go screwing around on your off time like half of your class will be doing. Hit the books, there will be plenty of time for fun latter.

Ahhhhh my friends ... tis a nervous world we live in ... a bridge is designed to carry the load of today, not the combined weight of a year all at once, and so it is with every mother's son out there. Don't let that thin stream of fear trickle through your mind continuously or it can cut a channel deep enough to drown all other thoughts. To put it realistically ... nervousness and anxiety are a total waste of time ... it is, in fact, the interest paid on trouble before it's due.

It's very nerve racking. I went to a school here in Pa. Our instructor was very good. He was very patient, but at the same time, it was like being in the Marine Corp. They break you down to nothing as a driver and build you back up. The first week of school was all class room work and working on getting our permits. The second week, well that was the week we all started driving. I was first to get picked to drive out of the group I was with in the truck. Sweaty palms, and nervous as hell. I was terrible at double clutching, for the first day. By the 4th day, I was pretty good at it. By the time graduation came, the only thing I was nervous about was making sure my ( PRE -Trip) was perfect ( one of the most important things is your pre- trip) If you can't make it past that, you auto fail. Needless to say, I graduated back in November on my first try, landed a job with a local soft drink company, drove with them for six months ( It Sucked) money was not great and the work was very back breaking. They also expect way to much out of one driver.. Anyway, now I'm on the job hunt for something that pays better and No touch.. Got a few things lined up and hoping to land one of them............. Good luck to you. Pay attention, take notes, and practice your Pre Trip over and over and over in your head. write it down time after time and it will come to you first hand........... Good luck ! !
