Also I pulled lowboys hauling dozers, skips, track hoes, etc and also a lot of culvert pipe and tilt decks behind dump trucks. Running goofy reefer crap where you swing doors and get belittled by rent a cops right now. Have experience running knuckle boom/grapple trucks, bucket trucks, dump trucking and spreading rock, straight tanker trucks, and probably a couple others I'm forgetting. Plus I can run the hell out of a lot of equipment too but that doesn't pay well from where I'm from because every redneck and their dog is good on heavy equipment.
Trucker61016, James j and austinmike Thank this. -
Don't mind paying taxes and I'd take wyoming if that was a factor but when I've been through wyoming seems like the job market would be slim and cost of living high for what you get. Also love being the mountains. Only been through SD at night so I don't know what it looks like but rapid city looked kind of nice from the moon light lol. Would really prefer to be off i-90 in montana or idaho.Trucker61016, austinmike, Uncle Birchy and 1 other person Thank this.

I'll send them an app but I don't have hazmat yet. Have everything else but a passport and passenger. Didn't want to get hazmat knowing I'd be changing states and the mega I'm with would run me on hazmat loads for no additional pay. Hear them fuel hauling gigs are sweet deals thoughTrucker61016 and Chinatown Thank this.

I recommend starting the process of finding another gig and tell them you can’t start for 6 months and the reason why. They might buy that contract out for you.
