Getting prescriptions while OTR

    That does many no good unless there is a chain. It's a pain to transfer across pharmacies. It's easier to stay with one chain.

    I spent many nights there but usually just went in the fuel island.

    I even had a tooth pulled there and the dentist didn't say anything about it. I went down to the Bettendorf Walmart and got my script filled.

    I don't doubt it though. They have all kinds of shops inside. It's probably up there on the 2nd floor??

    I only stop at those "happy ending" chiropractors. They do wonders rejuvenating me!

    I think it's on the 2nd floor next to the chiropractor's office. It's been a while since I was there last but I recall seeing one.

    Walgreens has a discount card that costs $20 a year. It along with the 90 refills has saved me a small fortune. If I have to fill a script on the road I usually drop the trailer at the truck stop long enough to bobtail to the nearest Walgreens. Even truck stops who say no dropped trailers have no problem with you leaving the trailer long enough for something like that.

    Wally World get's my vote and has for many years.

    The 90 day refill's are the way to go if you can also.

    And get some exercise. Might help with your prescriptions needs.

    Walmarts ( I will never call them wally world. I cheapens the "vacation" movie experience) seem to more and more have tight little driveways with tight corners. Dropping the trailer is a good idea. But lock it and even ask they guy next to you if he will be around to keep an eye on it. Lots of them are disappearing.

    My insurance provider requires mail order only (except for a few dollars worth of emergency meds available at stores). So I have to plan ahead and have them ordered and then coincide that with home time.
