I'm having trouble regulating my sleep cycles because, on any given day, I don't know when my day is going to start. Obviously I want to be well rested for my 14 hours. How do you guys cope with it?

I don't drive at night. Did that while teaming for 9 months and moved to solo. Not sure how it works out but earliest I get up 5-7am and usually go to bed/park before truck stop fills up ~ 9-930pm. And yes I have live loads/unloads as well as drops.

You learn to adjust or you move on to another field.
Or you find a job that fits your hours. :biggrin_2559:

if you get tall miles it's easier to work within sleep rhythms. maybe west coast produce to your area could work well.
