Yeah... as long as it's locked away, and unloaded. The ammunition is locked away where you can't get to it - physically separated from the weapon.
Fat lot of good that's going to do you. -
Sorry, I don't let others dictate where I go. I refuse to hideout in fear of the bad guy. In my eyes it has nothing to do with money and everything to do with right vs. wrong. If a guy is going to take from me....his life is not worth squat in my eyes and the world would be better off without said person. I refuse to sit by idlely and let the morons of this earth ruin it for decent people. I don't look for trouble by anymeans. Yet, I don't feel a need to avoid places I want to go.
"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing."
----Edmund Burke -
I'm so broke right now, if a robber came up to me... I would have to rob his butt

Not true! The laws of the state you are in prevail. For example in Utah it is perfectly legal WITHOUT a permit to conceal carry in your vehicle. In California it is perfectly legal to have a loaded firearm in your truck while you are stopped for the night. Many states allow a loaded firearm as long as it's in plain sight. Anyone interested in reading the laws for any given state can go to handgunlaw.us and see them.

Well, enjoy! Personally, I'm not paranoid enough to need one.

I respect your right to not carry. I expect everyone to respect my right to carry, and I promise not to protect you with my gun.

The people who support victim disarmament are the people who have never been victimized.
LooneyTune, danelady and Freebird135 Thank this. -
No, you are just paranoid enough to use and carry a knife instead. I still don't see the difference. The outcome is the same, you are going to use it against an attacker. So that makes you just as "paranoid" as those who carry guns. Because your knife is carried for protection.Freebird135 Thanks this.
