If you shop at these stores for food, take a good look at it. If it has black in/on it that is mold. Eat much of that you will be sick constantly and will eventually have compromised organs. Our food is trash now.

I don't think any of that stuff really helps build an imunity to whatever is making you sick. -
Went from Tx to Oregon and allergies and a sinus infection nearly did me in . Air pressure and different pollens as well as being in busy truck stops can be bad sometimes. I take a mens daily vitamin and drink a protein drink daily , seems to help me get over it quickly.
QuietStorm and x1Heavy Thank this. -
There's probably mold in your hvac. When it's dry, you don't notice because the mold is dormant. Add water, though, and those gremlins spring to life. There's a way to test for mold.
Just passing by Thanks this. -
Is the op smoker?
Anytime you travel to regions with different whether than you home area, it will raise hell on your sinuses.
Also different regions have different pollens, and spores in the air.
I have long thought however the inside of a truck is it's own region. Being if it is ran a lot it just is almost always seems too dry in the cab. So much so my lips get chapped very easy in a truck any time of year. And dust just seems to collect in a truck easily. -
Getting sick on his home time, are you staying in the truck for your home time??
-
home time means what? obviously it's not a "home" as it's different each time. where are you sleeping, that causes these reactions? different motels? bawdy houses, with "sportin' girls".

It is a beautiful place when you have the rains. But it was a change over. Im doing way better now, but regulate humidity and temperature carefully so the body can do what it has to do without excessive fluid or dehydration which is the opposite and to me somewhat more dangerous problem of sniffles. -
if your sleeping in the truck for a 34 reset and running the A/C, check the humidity drain. if it's not draining properly and is pooling somewhere, it may be mold as someone already said.
x1Heavy Thanks this. -
No humidity drain in the truck. No mold anywhere. It happens usually when it rains and the temperature outside changes on me. I wake up cold, sometimes shivering. That’s when I get it
Numb Thanks this.
