    No1, one of the best things about driving a truck is there's no pecking order out on the road. Maybe in the company terminal or offices, but we're not in there much. Age, gender, size, the only thing that matters is safety and dependability. If you're on time and don't crash, you're as good as anybody.

    Get some experience, probably 12 months, with Evergreen, then go to Thyssenkrupp in Montgomery.
    Thyssenkrupp has flatbeds and hazmat tankers. Probably have excellent benefits also.

    I am 48 and disabled. I have bad knees and a bad hand. I passed the DOT physical. I can do almost anything for a short period of time. God's speed to you.
