Getting started in Oklahoma.

    i really liked the crude oil. would like to get back into it. only thing is, i am having a hard time finding anybody else who will hire with less than a year or 2 experience.

    go to your local workforce oklahoma center. the money is there. tell them you would like to go for truck driver training. you have to sign up for their services; take some tests. thats it. they handled all the paperwork. just sign a few things and that's it. couldn't be easier. i was very impressed and thankful for their services.

    Thats what I have been doing, I took the tests on monday and they are working on the paperwork now.
    My start date at central tech is october 8th.

    I have a couple Ideas.
    There is a tyson plant and farm close to me so that will by ideal and ill be sending my resume in with them.
    There are also several oil fiels companies around where I am located that I will be applying to as well.
