    95 north across the bridge
    Exit to 87/ Deegan SB
Follow to 278 south across the Triboro into queens
Cross the Kosciuszko bridge and get off the first exit for Meeker/ Morgan
Stay on the frontage road (meeker)
    Turn right onto mcguinness
Stay on mcguinness (to the right) where it splits onto the bridge
    Turn right on paidge

    pretty straightforward

Navi always shows some pita route due to different bridge reading I guess , I like to ask people running that region..Navi shows 95 , 295 , 495 , exit 16

This is very good. Some annotation for the out-of-towners
About a half mile after you cross the Triboro Bridge, you'll make a right exit, following signs for 278 West, Brooklyn Queens Expressway. If you miss the exit, you're now on the Grand Central Parkway, which can't accommodate big trucks, and you're screwed.
Meeker/Morgan is the first exit after you cross the bridge from Queens into Brooklyn. It's Exit 34. Exit numbers are sequential, but a lot of them are in one direction only, so if you're traveling westbound it will skip a number for an exit that's eastbound only.
The bridge being referred to is the Pulaski Bridge. If you wander onto it, you'll end up back in Queens.
