Getting towed while on home time

    And the other bad part is the tow rate. That $600 charge is probably the normal charge for truck and trailer to local lot. Bobtail tractor is THE EASIST tow there is and can be accomplished with so much less work and time.

    I apologize, I dont work so hard i get my truck towed. I must be doing something wrong by your standards.

    OP deserves an abandoned truck on his DAC. If you were working for me and pulled a stunt like that you'd be in a jail cell before your 34 hour reset was up.

    So is an oil change, but nobody #####es about $100 an hour labor.

    What we need is a special category of the criminal code for piss tossers and litterbugs.

    Anyone who catches a piss tosser in the act, gets to sell the individual at the local slave auction. Of course, slavery will have to be made legal again--populated with litterbugs and piss tossers.

    It wasnt stolen though. It was at a tow companies yard. Yes it was towed under his care, but he wont go to jail for it being towed. Once it was on the hook, the tow company owns it and its no longer in his control.

    You both would be standing there asking wheres my truck.

    Once he alerts you to it being towed, its STILL not stolen.
