Getting towed while on home time

Were there signs posted? Some municipalities have laws in place which state the signs a property owner must post and where they are located before they can tow a vehicle on their property. I believe I read a post on here about that.

 

Most Winn Dixie's have No Truck Parking signs at the bottom and along sides of parking lots. A few years back 15 minutes south of my house, they had a bunch of trucks parked in an parking lot where another grocery store and a drug store was demolished. During the Thanksgiving holidays, they had a towing company out of GA called Silent Night, came and towed roughly 40 trucks 2 blocks into a junkyard and charged each driver 1500.00 to get their trucks back

I haven't because I ask the manager when I first go in if I can park, shop and leave. They haven't said no yet.

Like the no overnight parking signs at breast areas .What if you park overday? Points to the 34 reset. I used to work the nightshift b4 I joined the darkside. The looks I got buying beer at 0600 were priceless. Still, unless you ask and got it written and signed you are screwed blue and tatooed.
