Ghost on Trucker Drive Cam

The explanation i read was that it is actually a real person, but the frame rate of the camera caused it to appear transparent. But, if this was the case, why do the road side reflectors not appear blurry?

 

And the fact that his last name is church... WHAT?

 

Its a deer. If you freeze frame at the right point you can see the clear outline of it and the white on brown tail. Lines on the road and sign are quite blurry but the lines likely look a lot more fine then they are since they are.....well a solid mono colored line. And you can see the guys brights pop on just as another car with brights come around which likely combined with built in filtering washed out part of the frame.

With my cheap dash cam i have seen simular effects. Had one at one point where a SUV cut me off and in the vid said SUV looked transparent just from both the shutter rate on the cam and auto filters even though it was a big green range rover.
