Glaser Williams question....

Smart owner operators make more than company drivers. The day I can only make as much as a company driver is the day I sell my truck. Now that I have wised up I make waaay more than any company driver I know. Don't throw misinformed generalizations out there, there are far more succesfull owner operators out here than you think.

 

It's not really a matter of "smart drivers". It's a matter of driving legally, which doesn't really happen, does it? These are not "misinformed generalizations" of someone not in the know. In giving this answer I'm sitting here with a Williams statement in front of me. The person who asked this question has invested a lot of money into this, without receiving satisfactory information on how it is paid. Perhaps you would like to pull out your williams statement and let this SIL know how much is possible to be made--your way, of course. That way he could perhaps enlighten his FIL and recoup some of his money.
