Ever done a preload where you get to pick the trailer? It must suck to be the last guy to pick up. Did that at one location in TX a while back. Bills were in a mail box. Pick your trailer. Took the heaviest load, but it had a trailer that was trouble free for 4 months (a 26### East with the holders for the strap hooks).

Got blind sided by the DOT yesterday. Pulled off 70 in CO and there they be, pointed at me to pull over. Level II inspection no defects found! Good thing I replaced that trailer light the night before. No I get to throw my name in the hat for the $500 quarterly drawing.
