On my 99 Pete with the Cat it has 3.90s , 11r24.5 and 10 speed. Running 70 it will hit 6 and running 60 it will hit 7. I run 63-65 most of the time.
Hitting the 7s in the 389 is running it against the governor at 68. It has 355s, 24.5 low pros and almost always heavy and over width or length.

If I'm having a new glider spec'd, if there a site I can go to that lets me configure different tire sizes, rears too figure rpm. I believe the 12.7 likes to be in the 1450-1500 range to be happiest.

How soon do you guys figure on paying it completely off ? On 7 years the warranty only goes for the first three and after 400-500,000 miles big bills can start coming and you still have the big payment schedule. If it were me it seems a guy almost has to have cash for at least half to go brand new.

Well that's where business smarts come in to play and you save a maintenance account the first 5 years while your truck is under warranty and then when your warranty is up your sitting on 10-20k for any major repairs. Also if you pay a few hundred extra each month you can cut at least 6 months off the loan. It's not hard just take a lot of discipline.blacklabel Thanks this.
