When you go to truckpaper.com, they have a special section for used gliders. Go to detailed search, subcategory, go down the list to glider kit trucks
There were 188 of them listed when I checked 12/4/2021.
    Try this link:

Thanks, you just made me cry...lol
I have a 2012 Columbia glider and want a new truck, a Coronado or Western Star,,, but no way in heck I'm buying another emission truck. Unfortunately, not a lot of gliders in Canada, at least for sale, and nobody has figured out how to import one...
    :crybaby:

Old fart here. When I started in the trucking business in 1976, I traded trucks into a new one every 5-6 years.
Every time I did it i could bet on 3 things:
increased reliability, reduced maintenance costs and better fuel economy. It paid for a significant portion of the payment.
That included the truck in the avatar in 2000.
When it came time to trade in 2006, EGR's had already reared their ugly head, 2008 DPF, then 2012 DEF. I kept on watching as all 3 former criteria went down the tubes,
I watch many of my friends operate virtually non-profit trucking operations, saved only by an enormous number of miles driven to off set the costs.
So I just held on to it.
That is what you are going to do, until it gets outlawed. Not likely in your area, but your man Trudeau ...
Not to mention the increased competition from drivers with funny names.

Yup, that's my plan. I would take a Coronado or western star if I could find a good one, but so far no luck. My truck is cheap to fix, and reliable. I've had 2 emission pieces of junk, wont have another. I will have mine painted and carry on. I may add an APU. who knows.
Im Eastern canada, and for the last couple months doing dedicated so I dont leave here. The fellows with the fancy silk cowboy hats are here but nowhere as plentiful as upper canada and west. Tho I'm sure it will get worse.
