It's a scam to trick us into having a cleaner environment and renewable energy?

 

Being down in SW Florida for 35 years and being in the commercial water sports business I used to keep a pretty good record of the weather.

Up until 7-8 yeas ago it wouldn't start to get in the 90s here until mid June until it switched and Now it goes into the 90s April 1st

Used to go back down into the 80s around mid October and no later than the 1st week in November. Now it's 90 in December

I have been back down in Naples the last month after a 3 year hiatus in Michigan.

It's been raining every day big time because of this disturbance but it still doesn't cool down like it used to 25 years ago .

Too much pavement and Heat Retentention in the buildings.

Also when the Seabreeze rushes in it hits the 200 foot tall condos on the beach and climbs over them and never comes back down .

 

The difference between 80 and 95 is how quick you can heat Stroke out if your are doing any type of labor in it. And that is in the shade.

Tough for your body to cool down when you are just oozing

 

Real estate prices are skyrocketing in Miami area for land that is elevated. Saavy real estate investors have been buying homes and land that won't be affected by sea level rises, knowing the prices with jump soon and they'll already own the property.
Many people in Little Haiti have been selling homes and businesses thinking they screwed the buyer, when in fact, they screwed themselves by not doing research and not questioning why buyers are offering above market prices for the properties. lol.....those stinkin' rich people!

 

Yea never ever doing another Michigan winter.

It is hot down here and I will never do another Florida summer, but right now it's Hot everywhere .

Stayin with the ex down here working on settling up some estate stuff from my dad.

Not bad when you have a cold condo to live in and you don't have to work in it.

Been on vacation more or less the last 3 weeks here. Sleep in late late in a real bed.

Get up make some corn beef hash and 4 eggs over easy. Crack a ice cold corona or 2 to wash it down. It is 2:30 after all

Fart around in the condo watching movies until about 7 than head down to the beach to watch the sunset and kill a bottle of wine.

Jump in the pool and enjoy a little more wine, maybe treat my self to a good cigar.

Than bake up a good pizza and pass out on the couch.

Rinse and repeat

Heading up to Hommassaso Springs in a few hours to go Scalloping with my buddies boat

It's got a nice big hardtop to hide under , a lot cooler than a cloth Bimini. I can't do the direct sun anymore or stand sitting on the beach baking in it .

It's either wading in the water with a long sleeve Lycra and big hat on or diving under it.

 

Corned beef hash; dang, now I'm hungry. Haven't had any of that in years and had forgotten about that delicious stuff. Love that stuff and it's a cut above fried Spam.
Fried spam with a slice of extra-sharp cheddar on fresh white bread and I'm in heaven.

 

Gotta get the quality brand hash and cook the Krap out of it where it is almost crunchy .

4 eggs sunny side up than flipped over easy and than onto the hash where the whole mess gets mixed together

2 slices of thick cut toast slathered with butter to help you push the hash and eggs up onto the fork while alternating taking a bite out of your toast and grabbing a Gulp of the Corona.

Blood Pressure ? We don't Worry about No Stinkin blood Pressure.

I was thinking about rehab in a few weeks but I think I am going to put it off until the end of summer so I get my monies worth out of them .

 

As long you hydrate and stay cool all is well.

I do not worry about the gloom and doomers crying that the east coast is going to drown someday if they did not bake first. Deep in the south there, the east coast will just have to fend for themselves.

 

Climategate was merely laymen having no clue what they were reading and taking random phrases used as colloquialisms completely wrong. How can people be so stupid as to fall for denier bs?
