What is your intended use for these gloves? I have unlined deerskin gloves for securing flatbed loads, Mechanix Fast-Fit gloves for fueling, heavy Thinsulate gloves for fueling in the cold, and a couple spare pairs for when I inevitably tear a hole in one of them.
Those gloves you linked look nice, but I think they’re too big and bulky for securing loads, not warm enough for winter work, and overkill for fueling. Personally, I don’t see any use for them except maybe throwing tire chains as quickly as possible before your fingers freeze.
Gotta have the right tool for the job. -
In winter. Want waterproof. You also don’t want cold air to get to your hands. These type are best especially in winter. You can easily add wool liners for warmth. I use these year round. Also like that they’re quick and easy to get on and off.Dave_in_AZ Thanks this.
