ANY YOU OLD TIMERS REMEMBER A COUPLE STORIES FROM BACK IN 70S AND 80S OF SOME FAMOUS DRIVER'S I THINK FROM OKLAHOMA HAD TRUCKS THAT RUN LIKE 127 TO 135 MPH THEY WERE DOING CALIFORNIA TURNS BACK OKLAHOMA. GOT CAUGHT COUPLE TIMES THEW IN JAIL GET AND DO IT AGAIN. FINALLY LOST THERE CHOUFFER LICENSE. THINK THERE NAME'S WERE LIKE COPPER HEAD AND NIGHTTRAIN SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

Series 60's like 2450rpm, engine will free spin 3000rpm. But likes to break injector rockers about 2750rpm. Some Big cams and N14 like 2500rpm.Another Canadian driver, ‘Olhand and dwells40 Thank this.

Yes. Replaced the worn cable a few years ago and played around with different calibration boxes on end of the cable to dial it in better. But 4 mph either way is as close as I can get it. Rather have it read fast. Lol!Last Call Thanks this.

You bet ..lol so me and another member were having a discussion the other night about when Peterbilt changed from Mechanical to Electrical speedometers on the 359's .. cause I was thinking it was 84 or 85 he kinda was too
