I had spoke with Mercer quite a number of years ago.
Even at that time they would only take whatever year truck could be connected to any eld.
The guys that were on paper were grandfathered in.

Then thats a change. When I leased on 5 years ago they said it couldnt be more than 7 years old (at the time of leasing). There was no restriction for the age of a trailer.
