    I'm trying it just sucks that I have to do 240 hours since they don't count any of my 10 years in a pup trailer so I got to do 15-16 more hours then we can go on team status and really knock out my hours being safe of course

    Getting coded is getting your driver's number with the company, the final step in getting hired. The company uses the word "mentor" to describe their trainers. If you don't like the Swift terminology don't visit the Swift threads.

    It means u got ur drivers code and I don't have a problem with mentor its suppose to be someone u can turn to for info after u get ur own truck not just someone who trains u then never helps u again

    I also have to do that but i got to do 50 solo and 50 with the mentor setting in the passenger side 100 hrs total

    I only got about 10 more hours then I can get classified as team then after thanksgiving break me and trainer are going to really run so that right after Christmas break I can test out and get my own truck
