Everything came together and other than taking them the check it is done. I will go out for two weeks and pick it up the first week of February. That will give me time to get some things back in the mail and to receive some temporary tags and insurance from Knight to get it to a shop.

jomar68 and Chewbongka Thank this.

Good Ol' Tyson messing up my sleep. I ran more shuttles near the terminal and finally got a decent one near New Orleans. Loading in MS and I am about to take off back to AR. They pay me good for the local runs but it gets old after awhile.

Knight bought Barr-nunn

Along while ago. Tho they have not really changed anything about the company. Last I was told they were using Bar as an investment then they will most likely turn around and sell it for a profit. -
bigred81 Thanks this.

Been busy. Only a few more days until I get the truck. I had considered taking it elsewhere but at my level of experience the better places wouldn't accept me. Knight has been good to me so maybe they can keep it up.
spooky-tooth and Fajo Thank this. -
Taking it slow is the right thing to do. Forecasts show that freight will be slow this year and most companies are not going to take any long positions on new business until the election is over. No reason to jump into more responsibility until the markets are on the upswing.
