Exactly! I like the room. Im not a people person. Got to have my space. I worked very hard to learn enough to have my own truck, and working hard to keep it. Maybe one day Ill change my mind, but not likely. Ive helped other drivers secure their loads, and had some help me, but thats as far as it goes. Im not ready to be responsible for someone else.

Aight. Mentioned it other places, but this is my personal thread. Picked up my first OD load yesterday from Cat. Was intersting. Not much overhang, but still required permits from Kansas, Mo, and Iowa with specific routing for each state. Also had to have the "Oversize Load" banners front and back along with 4 red flags. Wouldve had to go into any weigh station that was open, but all were closed. Thankfully. Was interesting to haul something like that for the challenge, and being something new for me. Just a load of flat steel hanging over the side of the trailer by about 2". Maybe one day Ill get another one, since I have the equipment to haul it now. Which Prime is paying for.

So ORD where are the pictures?
It being your first OD load and all...
-
Theyre on my phone. Not real impressive to look at. Ill get um transfered over then post um.
-
Okay, I knew you had to of taken them as it was your first, no matter how much it was over... I know I would of taken some too.
-
O ya! I take pics of every load for future reference. Incase I pick up another, or one similiar and have a brain freeze. If the plan my FM has works out Ill be on my 3rd straight Cat load tomorrow at this time.
-
Sounds like a good plan, hope it works out for you.
-
Ya. If it works, I should be heading back SE. I like Cat loads. Theyre cool.

No longer the Coil King I see. The Cat King arises. Did you get to drive them on the trailers or they do it?
I work at the Limited DC in Reynoldsburg Ohio, but Prime don't deliver there.Wish they would though, I'm tired of seeing England guys wreck trailers.
