    Driver of the car was going way too fast, claimed he sneezed (dont buy that) and swerved. I looked in my drivers side mirror and saw him flying up the left lane, saw him diving for the shoulder, looked in my passenger side mirror. Saw the car just slam into the trailer and spin into the ditch. He tore the DOT bumper almost completely off, damaged the main part of the trailer and ripped the side plate off. The Trooper almost arrested the driver for reckless driving. Was doin over 70 in a 55.... I was told it wouldnt affect my record. I wasnt at fault.

    Wow, that sounds kinda crazy whatever the driver was doing. Good to hear that it won't mess with your record!
