never really understood pet owner's? sorry.
I was asked to repower a load in Onterio Ca because Fed X would not let one of our drivers on the property because he had a dog in his truck. I politely told them no thanks. I was not about to drop my trl and hook his for a 300 yard run for 50 bucks. Ain't happening.:biggrin_2553:

Me too!!! I got a few things to do while I'm there. Supposed to be signed up to take the Smith system Sunday, atleast thats when I requested to take it. Also got atleast one flatbed class to take. Kind of getting nervous about bein on my own, securing these loads without help. I'll figure it oit though, trainer said we hauled just about every kind if load we haul so.... All else fails, strap/chain it til it can't move at all lol

Reefer loads, i like my loads, thats why i think i be a good fit for prime, heres a few things that went wroung for me, and after awhile you know you got this feeling, becuse after awhile you know how many times that should start up the reefer and you should know by the third night, well mine didn't start up , 1 am in the dessert, still 89 outside, i tryed everything, i made sure i had a handbook for those too, called boss up, got him out bed, he wasnt happy, nearest dealer was 234 miles out of route, got okay from him, as we went thru the whole book with him first, still no go, got too the dealer, put a rush job on it, spent anthor 3 hours trying too figure it out , found the problem, bad thermostate , go figure, took the old part's home too the boss,ya then i had get real creative on the log books too, its just not like a reg van or flatbed , you have too babysit them, the reefers, also lots times i had too wait inside a cold cooler house, for no apparent reason then to stand there, that's why lot's :biggrin_2556:people get tired of reefers, i never mind all that and anthor thing for me, i like running all over south, then go up north too finsh my loading of trl , never bother me,

No worries, mate. It's like first solo in an airplane. There will be nerves, but you play the way you were trained and the training will take over. Besides, being alone you can grouse and moan all you want at the other one over there without fear or recrimination! :biggrin_25516:
