Ya :-( Well after bobtailing over 200 miles I made it back into the yard. Shop said they'd get to me when they could, my attempts to make an appointment didn't go through apparently. O well I need a 34 anyway, badly actually. Got my deer slayer out on n my cb wired. Took the guy maybe 15 minutes to do both. It took me longer than that to get through drivers line up... After I get everything else done I'll be back on the road again. Got my big 60" box installed on the side. Had to remove the small side box n the chain rack, but it was well worth it!!!

Usually the new midroof trucks smoke tarp that particular load because their stack is shorter than the condo cab. However, and there is always a however I had a customer insist even the condo cabs had to smoke tarp!

I would rather fold/roll 2 lumber tarps ove one smoke tarp!:biggrin_25513:

Grass burners ought to be outlawed. Pulled some guy out of truck with carbon monoxide poisoning at a TS in Kansas where I was parked. Guy with a grass burner idled all night, and the exhaust went into the sleeper of the truck next to him.

Wow.... Glad I got a stack lol
Well sitting in front of my 90. Got here 4 hours late due to the weather issues last night. Told dispatch last night about what was goin on so they got the appointment changed. Highly disappointed I couldn't make it on time anyway, but I had to slow down. Made it through safetly though.

Your Safety is the most important thing. Glad you made it. An accident would have made you even later.

Ya that's why I slowed down. Ended up shutting down at the Arizona line with 2 minutes left on my clock. I'm trying to do the best job I can out here. I could've made it here if a few things had gone different. My biggest fear is having a wreck. Not worried about me, I really don't care at all, but don't want anyone else to get hurt or anything to get damaged. I'm just extremely disappointed I had to get the appointment changed to tommorow. But atleast I made it without incident. Went down one of the grades on I17 heading for Phoenix, was doin good goin 55mph max. Two guys past me with smoke pouring off their brakes. I'm not the worlds best driver, but I'm trying to do the best I can
