Going through a breakup while on the road

Just wanted to update you guys. I appreciate everybody replying giving me advice. It really helped. Although some comments were pretty confusing. I’m doing a lot better now, she sent me a closure letter which I appreciated and helped tremendously. I can finally continue to move on and strive to become better.

Driving honestly made me feel better, I’m glad I reached out for help from my fellow truckers and family. The past few days I couldn’t eat or get proper rest until today. Finally had a good meal and a full sleep cycle. By all means she was never a bad person, it’s my fault I rushed the relationship too quickly but I learned a lot from this. I was ignorant, had no self control over my emotions and ended up hurting her and betraying her trust.

From this moment forward I will grind harder than ever before and will start finding love in myself. I gotta start taking relationships slowly and be more patient. Thank you guys a lot and I’ll catch ya on the road
