    The little I know is that those would likely not be dry van, best if you have a step deck or RGN.

    I turned down a team run for $25K from OKC to Prudhoe Bay. That was a couple of winter's ago and neither of our trucks were up to the challenge, but just looking at the numbers it didn't make sense. Figure two or three weeks round trip and we did better by each running our own trucks during that time, with a lot less miles and maintenance.

    Not really a fair comparison. First this is august, alaska in august is an entirely different game than alaska in winter.

    Second. Prudhoe bay. That's yet another level up of the game.

    Third. You can't compare the revenue of two trucks to one truck.
