I am leaving for training w/ Central in Conley, GA in late February or the first week of March. All the info that I have found on this website has been more than enough help for me as I embark on this long & winding road.

Good luck Big Dog & all the others headed off to Central's school - whether it be Conley, Utah, or Cali...

hey jasper, in one of the forms that the recruiter sent me it said yes they do have direct deposit. you have to bring a voided check or deposit slip.

    thanks donny,

do you or anybody else happen to know where the majority of Central's loads are run to? West, midwest, northeast? Just wondering. I'm willing to go anywhere but I was just curious to see what their usual routes are...

Truck take home policy, is if you live within a set number of miles of a terminal then you have to leave the truck there. I cannot remember the miles, so you would have to ask in the central truck stop forums probibly.

As for where you would go.... Everywhere.
Most east coast drivers end up out west most of the time, and the western drivers in the east.
They do not want you within 800 miles of home unless they are sending you home.
