    So when you fill out a application online with SSN they don't do a prelim background check. I also sent in a copy of DD214.

    Geez, I had 2 years experience and they called me and told me I was approved and when to go to orientation as I was driving thru a construction zone.

    my terminal never really did interview me. Only the drug test and movies and putting me in a motel near a bar and an Asian massage parlor. That sadly shut down. My terminal probably thought I was the happiest person in the world.

    I started off reall slow with crete but I'm getting around 3K
    A week
    Last couple checks were around 1400 which is good
    I have 5 years exp now in the industry
    I hope these miles are going to stay around 3, 000

    Not all my trips made it for that weeks pay
    And I take what I'm given I'm not going to tick
    Off the planners lol there the bread and butter
    And I'm getting .46 a mile so I know I won't get the
    Best runs

    I have noticed and other Crete drivers too that you get more miles your first year. But even with less miles, subsequent years at Crete are still way, way above the industry average.

    So far this trip out I've I have hit all the eastern states
    And mid west my average check is 750 isn't too bad
    I have hit some of the moutain west and have done
    Oregon and washington going to cut my time out
    A week and only do 3-4 weeks out
    This time out I will have done 6 weeks

    I think is a good company for the most part they should
    Send more drivers west I think that's crummy they don't
    I have been to the mountain west with crete and north west
    I'm getting around 2900 miles a week if I have a 70 to work
    Wi with or decent recap hours
