Any of you guys use the Rand McNally TND 710 GPS? I'm trying to figure out which one to get. I know they had some issues with freezing up in the beginning but I think they got that worked out.

I never had a student bring the Rand McNally in my truck. I liked the Garmin it is very user friendly, even a trucker can figure it out. The only thing I didn't like it about is there isn't a knob on the side to quickly turn the volume up or down. On my old Garmin I only turned the voice on when I got close to the customer. On the 465t you have to go into the menu and punch a bunch of buttons. I thought the World Nav 7200 was absolute junk. It took forever to recalculate if you did not go the way it wanted.

I need you to back me up Joe :biggrin_2559: Trying to talk the wife into letting me get the Rand McNally 710. So what you meant to say was it is a necessity to get the one with the 7" screen. The truck won't even start without it right? lol
