Yes, but it has been decided that the review is to take place at the broker's principal place of business during normal business hours. That means at the brokers office Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. They aren't required to send you anything you have to show up.
Now, you can have your authorized representive (read lawyer) go in your place, or go with you.

I personally run into this issue when trying to get some broker records. Now on the other hand, if it is a carrier that you are leased to then they must "provide" the records.
Not exactly fair, but what ever is? -

I've been there done that, bought the t-shirt, and the genuine hand stitched pillow.
I don't do the long winded arguments with any of my posts, I either give out known accurate info, if appropriate just a comment, please feel free to check any info I deliver to anyone.
