Cypress is taking you to Maine? Pretty awesome, when I worked there on the end dump fleet I remember them looking for volunteers to run over Christmas to New York and other locations because of the plentiful freight for them that time of year.
nextgentrucker Thanks this. -
There isn't much. The "truck stops" are just convenience stores with some truck parkingOldMainiac Thanks this.

There’s some hills. Nothing that I would call a mountain on 81. As far as being heavy, I’d wager that @Razororange is over twice as heavy as you are.D.Tibbitt and nextgentrucker Thank this.

There’s not a single PFJ or TA/Petro in the entire state. Personally I think that’s an advantage. It was like going back in time a bit when I went up there. Dysart’s was good to me.Feedman, Moosetek13, OldMainiac and 2 others Thank this.

I’d never plan on an 11 hour day of driving, I found out my first month on the road that any little glitch and you’re scrambling to find a parking spot, with no time left on your clock.
Gearjammin' Penguin, nextgentrucker and tscottme Thank this. -
I don't know, might be beautiful up there but I'd rather have the heat in Florida than cold there any day lol.Feedman Thanks this.
