Well after searching and talking I chose to go with them. Go to Birmingham the 25th for orientation and dont know why people say wont take new drivers and ill graduate next monday with 186 course. All seemed nice and very helpful, my recruiter stays in contact and calls me every day to check on me and see what I need or answer questions I have. I guess depends on who you deal with but no other company gave me the time of day and they always in contact and ill call and they answer. Im not afraid of hard work been bustting my hump for long time and hate being lazy.

You'll do fine at Melton with that attitude. I'd still be there if they'd let me train my wife (she couldn't lift the tarp up on the deck at orientation). I was there ten months and they're a good company to drive for. You're looking at a steep learning curve, but it get's easier and other Melton drivers are very helpful regarding load securement
