Sorry to not get back to you, I've been in the hospital for the last week with blood clots, hoping to get out later today and fly home.
My current truck has an apu, the first truck I was in didn't. -
Hope you recover soon.

Thank you, I'm home now feeling a bit better.

Sorry to hear about your problem, Butch. Was this due to sitting too long in the driver seat? I have heard that blood clots can form in legs from driving long periods of time without breaks. There are exercises that can help remedy this situation like foot flexing and leg bouncing, as well as wearing compression socks. Listening to your body and taking breaks seems to be obvious, but for some the push to get the freight there on time can have consequences. Not to say this was your problem, just thought this reply might help.

Been looking at GTI to start with, & your comment is important to me. I'm going to check and see if that's their normal procedure for training. If so, 1 more point for GTI.
Thanks for the info! -
I did run pretty hard most of the time and definitely didn't get out of the truck as much as I should, but from my bloodwork it seems I might have a genetic deal going on that contributes to clotting also.
