    Well, got the local job and I got the call letting me know I have a mentor, so now I have to decide which one to take by tomorrow, but Im leaning towards the local job thats an hourly paying gig.........Any input is welcome

    Local Job = more home time, same pay every week not counting OT, Shower every day, better food, Need I say More????

    Swift Job = long days, More BS, Bad food, pay going up/down depends on miles.

    Not sure if you decided or not but the local thing sounds pretty good if the pay is comparable. As for me, I just wait. One week down waiting for a mentor. Need to drive back into the terminal Monday and do all the new hire stuff on the kiosk I suppose.

    Not sure if its comparable but it would be stable. hopefully, you wont have to wait long. I can still go with swift within 30 days. The hire process with the local job is long, so I guess wait and see.
