Well, got the local job and I got the call letting me know I have a mentor, so now I have to decide which one to take by tomorrow, but Im leaning towards the local job thats an hourly paying gig.........Any input is welcome
Local Job = more home time, same pay every week not counting OT, Shower every day, better food, Need I say More???? Swift Job = long days, More BS, Bad food, pay going up/down depends on miles. That is some thing You have to pick

Not sure if you decided or not but the local thing sounds pretty good if the pay is comparable. As for me, I just wait. One week down waiting for a mentor. Need to drive back into the terminal Monday and do all the new hire stuff on the kiosk I suppose.
Not sure if its comparable but it would be stable. hopefully, you wont have to wait long. I can still go with swift within 30 days. The hire process with the local job is long, so I guess wait and see.
