    They put "Failing company Policy" on my DAC report...

    No I didn't finish the Training I just basically got my CDL and quit... There's a ton of smaller companies in the area I live so no it wasn't to hard to find a job...

    No most small companies don't report to DAC just the big Mega companies.

    Get 6 - 12 months experience then jump ship to a better paying job.
    Here's one in Tucson: Praxair - Requirements
    •Have at least two years driving experience or have completed a course of instruction from a Truck Driver training school that operates equipment similar to Praxair's
    Yes, start a plan for your next move. There's good money in trucking if you constantly plan ahead and are prepared to make a move if a good opportunity becomes available.
    Get all the endorsements, TWIC, passport and you'll be ready when the time comes.
    Groendyke Transport is another good one to remember.

    Thank you for the reply Chinatown, the original goal is to get one year under my belt and then move on. Any advice for a new guy going into CDL school?

    Study hard and get the CDL plus endorsements. The real learning starts when you hit the road.
