They put "Failing company Policy" on my DAC report...
No I didn't finish the Training I just basically got my CDL and quit... There's a ton of smaller companies in the area I live so no it wasn't to hard to find a job...

No most small companies don't report to DAC just the big Mega companies.

Get 6 - 12 months experience then jump ship to a better paying job.

Yes, start a plan for your next move. There's good money in trucking if you constantly plan ahead and are prepared to make a move if a good opportunity becomes available.
Get all the endorsements, TWIC, passport and you'll be ready when the time comes.
Groendyke Transport is another good one to remember. -
