So it is only 6 weeks now? Not 1 trainer for 5 weeks and then back to Dallas, and then back on out with a trainer for 3 more weeks?

    Thanks

It's self paced, 6 Weeks is about average, then back to the yard for ORII Classes then out Solo

Once I get a year of safe driving, that is something that I will definitely look into. Thanks!

Okay, that is what my packet from Stevens says. I guess I got a little confused with everything on here. Also, KMac, do you happen to know the new training pay off hand...i cant seem to find it.

    Thanks,

    Matt

Was $400 per week last I heard, may have changed, bit I wouldn't count on it.

Make sure you finish your 1 year contract or more, and after about 18 months of clean safe driving, just wait for the recruiters to start fighting over you. Doesn't matter where you start, show loyalty and keep it clean and all the companies will want you.

    TheRipper Thanks this.

Yeah, that seems to be the consensus from most of the experienced drivers on here. Although Steven's pay may leave a little to be desired, their training program, safety records, and equipment all seem to be top notch. These are the things that are important to me as I'm just getting started. Thanks for the advice...I appreciate it.

So i talked to my recruiter and it is $450 per week the first 3 weeks of training and $500 per week the last 3. Could be much worse IMO....
