Are you retired? I hope so because at Trans Am you do more sitting than working. They do not pay layover unless you sit 24 hours unbroken up. I sat an average of 28 hours unpaid per week. My friend sat an average of 20 hours per week. Truck mainteance is a special request and affects your home time. You are not paid break down pay unless you are sitting a full 24 hours and it is $50 per day. They will tell you to sleep in the truck and try not to pay for hotels when broken down. As a company guy expect around $400 a week as a lease guy expect less. If you are new and need expierence go to Prime.
