Nothing wrong with that. I’m surprised to see the feedback I did on this thread. My wife and I have been meat free for about 6 years now. My mother tries to eat different for a couple days then says oh it’s not working. I say look, you can’t erase years of bad habits over night. It sometimes takes years to really reap the benefits; but I’d say after a month or so of eating without the meat, there are positive noticeable differences

Hi Hope! Do you have a website or anything to show how you live Vegan on the road? Im starting truck school in 3 weeks and have been nearly Vegan for almost 1.5 years, but am having difficulty figuring out how to do it on the road. Thank you Sir!

Hey. U got the will, there’s a way. Half of the time it’s about experience and knowing where the chipotle’s are, Indian restaurants are & etc. u can use truckers path app, look at a Truckstop or Wal-Mart, and click the restaurants tab and search around that area, then u walk.

The other half is eventually getting set up with a fridge and a skillet powered by an inverter. That way you can store freezer veggies, and begin to stock easy over the road meals. Something like couscous, a can of mushrooms and black beans. Seasoned to taste. Boom. Easy meal. Stir fry vegetables can be done, seasoned to taste, even Asian style with some sauce and precooked udon noodles ETC.

Oh and boiled p nuts! Margaret Holmes P Nut patch. Not the healthiest but claim to source non gmo p nuts now. Can be bought at Walmart for $2. It’s a big, almost meal sized portion that just requires to be poured in the skillet and heated up. I like the Cajun style, or hot and spicy they call it now. Very satisfying.

Try nutritional yeast! You can put in a shaker jar and put it on pasta, salads, popcorn....
    Taste like cheese

Do you realise the moment you went vegan a whole lot of cattle, sheep, pigs, fish and chickens breathed a sigh of relief.

You left out the deer, moose and elk.
    They feel offended.
Elk is delicious and he knows it.
